Intake Forklift Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to unload incoming deliveries promptly and safely
• Verify and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality standards
• Store materials correctly and efficiently within designated intake areas
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and report discrepancies
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on forklift equipment
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support stock management
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Truck License
• Proven experience in forklift operation
• Previous experience in intake or warehouse receiving operations preferred
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
