Intake Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily intake calls and follow-ups for high-value cases
• Qualify potential cases by reviewing police reports and assessing viability
• Manage the sign-up process including DocuSign and medical authorizations
• Coordinate referrals for cases not meeting firm criteria
• Own all intake KPIs including inquiry volume, conversion rates, and marketing performance
• Optimize intake systems, workflows, and lead management processes
• Prioritize and triage high-severity cases, including after-hours monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in plaintiff personal injury intake
• Experience in operational leadership or department management
• Strong understanding of Texas personal injury and workers' compensation laws
• Proficiency with lead management and case tracking systems
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle time-sensitive, high-severity matters with urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Director-level experience in a legal intake setting
• Experience with CasePeer, Lead Docket, or Filevine
