About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Their clinicians provide a continuum of care for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility through various programs including remote patient monitoring and behavioral health management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage prior authorization requests
• Communicate with patients to obtain insurance information
• Answer phones and receive referral and intake information
• Complete and route referral/intake forms for admission approval
• Assist in scheduling skilled personnel and inputting scheduling data
• Verify Medicare Coverage and benefit periods
• Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality and compliance
• Collaborate with various departments

Requirements

• Significant experience verifying insurance in various insurance portals
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of insurance, coding, and clinical operating policies
• Proficiency in computer systems, programs, and spreadsheet applications
• Ability to read and interpret medical charts and documents

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of ICD-10 experience
• 1 year of Prior Authorization experience
