We’re the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and retrieve new orders from provider and referral portals or emails daily
• Enter orders accurately into the order management system with complete documentation
• Run insurance eligibility and coverage checks and identify prior authorization requirements
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and prescriptions
• Triage and prioritize the order queue and escalate complex cases
• Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation
• Coordinate with clinical and patient experience teams for smooth handoffs
• Maintain accurate records and flag data discrepancies
• Support HIPAA compliance and internal data handling protocols
• Welcome patients visiting the storefront in person and connect them with the right team members
• Maintain a professional, compliant storefront presence and organize the physical office environment

Requirements

• Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related setting (medical billing, prior authorization, or insurance verification)
• Comfort navigating insurance eligibility checks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work across multiple portals and systems simultaneously
• Clear, professional written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sunrise, Florida, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Professionalism and composure in patient-facing and regulatory audit settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior DME intake experience or familiarity with HCPCS codes
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance rules
• Prior authorization experience
• Familiarity with Intercom, HubSpot, or other CRM/support tooling
• Experience in a high-growth startup or tech-enabled healthcare environment
