About the role
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain applications and related information in the LAMPSS case management system
- Respond to internal and external contacts in a timely, professional, and respectful manner
- Manage a high volume of confidential electronic documents with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure completeness
- Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with confidentiality requirements
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, summaries, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and provide general clerical or reception support as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of clerical or administrative experience, particularly in data entry or records management
- Experience with computerized databases or case management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email)
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional training or coursework in office administration or business
- Previous experience working within a government environment
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
