About the role

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain applications and related information in the LAMPSS case management system
  • Respond to internal and external contacts in a timely, professional, and respectful manner
  • Manage a high volume of confidential electronic documents with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure completeness
  • Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with confidentiality requirements
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, summaries, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and provide general clerical or reception support as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of clerical or administrative experience, particularly in data entry or records management
  • Experience with computerized databases or case management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email)
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional training or coursework in office administration or business
  • Previous experience working within a government environment
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
