Intake Attorney

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with potential clients to explain the legal process and build trust
• Follow up on outstanding calls and unsigned retainers
• Work with CCC leadership and managing partners to ensure efficient case onboarding
• Document all conversations and assessments in the intake system
• Evaluate the initial merits of potential personal injury cases in partnership with the Under Review team
• Review police reports, photos, and early case materials to support evaluations
• Make real-time decisions on case acceptance based on firm strategy

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• At least 3 years of personal injury experience
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Litigation experience
• Fluency in Spanish
