About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound consultations with prospective clients regarding California employment law
- Evaluate potential claims including wrongful termination, harassment, and wage disputes
- Educate callers about the legal process and firm representation
- Convert consultations into retained clients by building trust
- Collaborate with intake specialists and attorneys for case onboarding
- Document case information and communication in the CRM system
- Attend large events to meet clients face-to-face and provide legal insights
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey legal information clearly and compassionately
- Detail-oriented with a team-first attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in employment law, litigation, or direct client advisory roles
