Intake Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Intake team with product drops to ensure items are received into the correct accounts
• Verify that all mail-in and dropped-off Flight Club consignment is assigned to the proper account
• Record and troubleshoot issues with Flight Club submissions and communicate discrepancies to relevant teams
• Assist with inventory accounting for all received intake
• Document upcoming bulk consignment drop-offs and coordinate with appropriate teams
• Receive and pack out products in collaboration with the fulfillment team
• Assist in training staff on product intake processes for both GOAT and Flight Club

Requirements

• Open availability to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak business periods
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a large team environment
• A quick learner and self-starter capable of handling increasing responsibility
