Insurance Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute insurance servicing tasks accurately and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, and insurance compliance activities
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process-related inquiries and guidance
• Resolve stakeholder queries promptly and escalate critical issues as needed
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics to achieve established targets
• Prepare and distribute Business-As-Usual (BAU) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports
• Conduct quality reviews and validate critical servicing transactions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• At least 36 months of experience in financial services or insurance operations
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance policies, compliance requirements, and real estate loan operations
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts to support North America operations
