Insurance Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute insurance servicing tasks accurately and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, and insurance compliance activities.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process-related inquiries and guidance.
• Resolve stakeholder queries promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics to achieve established targets.
• Prepare and distribute Business-As-Usual (BAU) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports.
• Conduct quality reviews and validate critical servicing transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 36 months of experience in financial services or insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, compliance requirements, and real estate loan operations.
• Demonstrated willingness to work night shifts to support North America operations.
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
