Insurance Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance legal entity structuring, including merging and setting up new insurance carriers and branches in the UK and Europe.
• Manage PV11 transfers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and expectations.
• Draft regulatory business plans and develop target operating models to ensure Day 1 readiness.
• Align legal entity structures with strategic objectives to reduce costs, create capital, and improve operational efficiencies.
• Provide end-to-end programme management, coordinating subject matter experts across Tax, Technology, Legal, Actuarial, and Accounting disciplines.

Requirements

• Proven experience with PV11 transfers.
• Expertise in corporate re-organisations within the insurance sector, such as merging entities or establishing holding companies.
• Experience in regulatory license acquisition, permissions, or setting up new regulated insurance entities.
• Strong background in M&A regulatory due diligence and Day 1 planning.
• Demonstrated programme leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary and cross-jurisdictional teams.
