Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in personal lines insurance, specifically Homeowners and Dwelling Fire policies
  • Maintain high performance levels to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Utilize new tools and technology to manage sales processes efficiently

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a high-performing, licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer
  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license in your resident state
  • Working knowledge of Homeowners/Dwelling Fire policies
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new tools
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and self-starting mindset
