Responsibilities
- Sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
- Prospect, quote, and close new business opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines
- Follow up on warm leads and self-generated opportunities
- Hit activity and sales targets with confidence and consistency
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic
- Ability to hit sales targets and maintain detailed records
