Insurance Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on leads from social media and digital channels
• Contact potential clients to assess needs and offer insurance solutions
• Generate new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio
• Manage and retain current clients to strengthen long-term relationships
• Perform recovery and reactivation of inactive clients
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing portfolio
• Provide personalized advice on insurance products and coverage
• Coordinate commercial meetings and follow up on opportunities until closing
• Maintain updated commercial information and client tracking in management tools
• Participate in commercial campaigns and loyalty strategies
• Analyze client needs and monitor satisfaction and experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles, consultative sales, or client development
• Previous experience selling services (insurance, finance, telephony, etc.)
• Experience managing client portfolios and commercial follow-up
• Strong orientation toward objectives, results, and opportunity generation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, autonomous profile with commercial initiative
• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM, and commercial management platforms
• Must reside in La Plata or surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products such as automotive, home, commercial, ART, personal accidents, and property insurance
