Insurance Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of building insurance contracts (MRI, PNO) from creation to termination
• Create and implement contracts by processing requests and issuing documents
• Monitor contract updates, including endorsements and changes in ownership or usage
• Handle renewals, including preparation, reminders, and adjustments
• Process terminations and communicate closures to partners
• Collaborate with account managers to coordinate client needs and technical support
• Interact with clients to answer questions regarding guarantees and required documentation
• Verify file compliance and ensure correct application of internal processes

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of P&C insurance (IARD), ideally regarding property products
• Proficiency in administrative management and file tracking
• Strong sense of customer service and client relations
• Team spirit, rigor, and autonomy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and management software
• Bac +2/3 degree in insurance, management, or equivalent
• Previous experience in insurance contract management is a plus
