Insurance Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete follow-up of building insurance contracts (MRI, PNO) from creation to termination
• Create and implement contracts by receiving requests, entering data, and issuing documents
• Manage contract lifecycle including amendments, information updates, and changes in situation
• Handle renewals, including preparation, reminders, and adjustments
• Process terminations and communicate with partners
• Coordinate with account managers to prioritize requests and provide technical support
• Interact with clients to answer questions regarding guarantees and required documents
• Verify document compliance and ensure application of internal processes

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of P&C insurance (IARD), ideally building products
• Proficiency in administrative management and file follow-up
• Strong sense of service and client/broker relations
• Team spirit, rigor, and autonomy
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and management software
• Bac +2/3 degree in insurance, management, or equivalent
• Previous experience in insurance contract management is a plus
