About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take ultimate responsibility for the growth and profitability of DP3 products in several states
  • Enhance coverage and form language of existing products and draft new endorsements
  • Analyze profitability drivers including loss ratios, actuarial indications, and frequency/severity trends
  • Manage state rate filings to ensure pricing achieves required returns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute insurance product functions
  • Perform competitive analysis and manage SERFF filings

Requirements

  • Over two years of high-achieving experience in insurance
  • Experience with personal lines products
  • Experience creating or editing policy form language
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in-person in Overland Park, KS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with HO or DP products
  • Experience in an early-stage tech startup environment
