Insurance & Membership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members in person and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership, and billing
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists to meet cross-selling goals
• Assist members with additional services including passport photos, road trip planning, and cashiering duties
• Perform routine and advanced administrative duties to support agents and team members
• Maintain availability during branch hours, including Monday through Friday and Saturdays

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to qualify for a Property and Casualty License
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Prior experience in insurance, retail, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, and travel locally when necessary

• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
