Insurance & Membership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide DMV registration services to members while maintaining current knowledge of DMV regulations.
• Perform Notary Public transactions according to National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Support branch reception by checking in members and distributing maps, tour books, and travel materials.
• Assist with travel services, including booking car, hotel, and domestic hotel packages.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for automotive, financial, and travel products to meet individual goals.
• Manage administrative tasks such as balancing cash drawers, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Process membership upgrades and renewals to enhance member value and retention.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Notary Public commission within one year of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook) and general internet usage.
• Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of DMV rules and regulations.
• Experience with travel counseling, publications, and routing.
• Experience operating branch equipment such as key cutters and passport photo equipment.
