Insurance Law Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in the drafting and negotiation of group insurance policies (DAB, RC, cyber, fleet, etc.)
• Review insurance and liability clauses in contracts concluded by the BUT-Conforama group
• Support store managers and various group departments on insurance-related matters
• Actively participate in relationships with group brokers
• Assist in claims monitoring and the activation of insurance policies
• Support projects involving affinity models and warranty extensions
• Manage and update the Legisway contract database
• Provide legal advice to company departments on insurance law and liability issues
• Draft legal notes and perform legal monitoring in insurance law

Requirements

• Law student (specifically seeking law student trainees/PPI)
• Specialization in insurance law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in legal databases
• Strong writing skills
• Rigor and a proactive mindset
