Insurance Intern

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end claims data collection process, including intake, validation, and documentation consolidation
• Maintain and improve internal claims tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Act as a central coordination point between insurers, brokers, and internal teams to drive timely claim resolutions
• Support the development of data-driven claims reporting, performance dashboards, and trend analyses
• Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of claims management workflows and process standardization

Requirements

• Background or demonstrated interest in insurance, administration, or risk management
• Strong attention to detail and structured organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with data management and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• High reliability, accuracy, and a sense of ownership regarding operational tasks
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
