About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain electronic job folders and file documents electronically
- Create and distribute sample COIs and Insurance Exhibits
- Communicate with subcontractors, brokers, and third parties to obtain compliant COIs
- Review subcontractor insurance for compliance with contractual requirements
- Distribute COIs to internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain COI tracking logs
- Review and request COIs and communicate with brokers
- Escalate compliance issues as they arise
Requirements
- Basic understanding of insurance principles and lines of coverage
- College Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance-related work experience
