About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain electronic job folders and file documents electronically
  • Create and distribute sample COIs and Insurance Exhibits
  • Communicate with subcontractors, brokers, and third parties to obtain compliant COIs
  • Review subcontractor insurance for compliance with contractual requirements
  • Distribute COIs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and maintain COI tracking logs
  • Review and request COIs and communicate with brokers
  • Escalate compliance issues as they arise

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of insurance principles and lines of coverage
  • College Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance-related work experience
