About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative activities related to corporate insurance contracts
- Process and enter insurance policies into company systems, ensuring correct interpretation of agreements
- Verify calculations for premiums, commissions, adjustments, refunds, taxes, and third-party provisions
- Validate administrative information within contractual documentation issued by insurance companies
- Manage administrative aspects of complex insurance programs
- Monitor expiring portfolios and coordinate timely renewals with the front office
- Generate premium requests for new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTA), and premium adjustments
- Support internal audit processes and quality control activities
- Interact with clients and provide support on administrative matters
- Interface with insurance companies to resolve administrative issues
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in insurance back-office operations
- Previous experience working with insurance companies, brokers, or agencies is strongly preferred
- High level of precision and attention to detail regarding financial and contractual data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
