Insurance Analytics Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives and provide visionary direction to the insurance practice with a focus on analytics and AI-led transformation
• Manage strategic accounts across new business development and account growth
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define analytics use cases across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product Engineering
• Translate insurance business challenges into descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and AI/ML-led solutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and identify key insurance clients
• Lead a diverse team of consultants and subject matter experts
• Drive thought leadership initiatives and represent the company at industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 10–15 years of experience in analytics consulting, insurance consulting, or AI/ML transformation
• Strong domain exposure to the insurance sector (disability, life, supplemental benefits, or group insurance preferred)
• Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML
• Ability to travel extensively to client locations in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Active B1 visa
• Experience in delivery oversight, pre-sales, and account growth
• Exposure to claims, customer, or risk analytics
