Insurance Agent

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell life, health, or car insurance to a variety of clients
• Explain policy costs and benefits to clients
• Collaborate with marketing team members for client outreach
• Work alongside insurance adjusters
• Maintain all client records
• Process insurance renewals and work on client retention
• Track insurance claims to ensure satisfaction
• Distribute policy funds after claim settlement
• Answer client and potential client insurance-related queries

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an Insurance Agent
• Appropriate insurance licensing where required by law
• In-depth knowledge of life, health, and car insurance
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, economics, or a related field
