Instruments and Software Sr Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the global instrument strategy for legacy and next-generation platforms, including customer migration pathways
• Develop differentiated value propositions articulating clinical, operational, and economic benefits of the i-STAT portfolio
• Define and drive the connectivity and software roadmap, focusing on workflow optimization, data integration, and AI
• Conduct market research to drive competitive differentiation and accelerate portfolio adoption
• Build business cases and align cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regional Marketing
• Enable regional teams with messaging, tools, and frameworks to support value-based selling and competitive positioning

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree in business or life sciences discipline
• 4+ years of experience in marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the life sciences or medical device industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex objectives and deadlines
• Experience using customer insights to build software roadmaps or working with SaaS business models
• Proven track record in portfolio management, product launches, and commercialization
• Experience managing customer transitions from legacy capital platforms to next-generation solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior-level staff
• Global professional experience
