Responsibilities

  • Read and comprehend detailed instructions and follow established procedures to build products
  • Collect all necessary materials and equipment required for the assembly process
  • Take precision measurements to ensure the perfect fit of components
  • Select or modify components according to specific measurements and technical specifications
  • Align materials and assemble parts to build complex units
  • Perform quality checks on output to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience
  • Proven experience working as an assembler
  • Ability to use hand tools, such as torque screwdrivers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in basic math, including the use of calculators
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8-12 hours)
