Requirements
BSc. or Diploma in Science, 1-3 years laboratory experience
About the role
Responsibilities
- Performs and executes laboratory techniques as per methods independently following SOPs
- Documents information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books
- Records and periodically interprets results for senior colleagues
- Maintains laboratory supplies and inventory stock
- Operates and maintains equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Carries out routine instrument checks for compliance and accuracy
- Assists with the preparation of method SOPs, validation protocols, and reporting
- Enforces a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Assists Department Supervisor with H&S checks, meetings, and incident reports
Requirements
- BSc. or Diploma in a Science related program or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of relevant laboratory work experience
