About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, characterize, and document innovative proof-of-concept systems for high-speed test and measurement applications
  • Perform RF/mmWave signal-chain analysis, system-level modeling, and performance evaluation for semiconductor device and subsystem testing
  • Develop technical collateral including application notes, reference designs, articles, and tradeshow demonstrations
  • Solve customer problems by delivering validated system-level solutions through detailed modeling and hands-on lab measurements
  • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, marketing, design, and product development teams to convert requirements into component specifications

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience, or MS/PhD with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with high-speed, RF, and mmWave system design
  • Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, Keysight ADS, and SystemVue
  • Deep knowledge of analog and high-speed mixed-signal design fundamentals
  • Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, and C/C++
  • Hands-on experience with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, real-time oscilloscopes, and signal generators
  • Familiarity with FPGAs, DSPs, and embedded systems
