Instrumentation QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site inspection and Quality Control activities for instrumentation, automation, and telecommunications equipment.
• Ensure all construction and installation activities comply with relevant Codes, Standards, and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Perform specific inspections on materials, equipment, and installation activities, issuing relevant Quality Records.
• Conduct loop checks, continuity tests, and insulation resistance tests.
• Calibrate instruments and safety valves.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional tests, and functional tests for instruments.
• Check cable laying, cable identification, and fiber optic cables.
• Verify special processes and the qualifications of relevant workers.
• Coordinate quality control activities with other construction departments and integrated teams.
• Manage and collect all documentation required for the final As-Built dossier and mechanical completion.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• COMPEX certification.
• INSEMEX certification.
• Fluency in English.
