Instrumentation Designer

Responsibilities

• Study project standards and contractual documents
• Perform site surveys at client locations
• Propose technical solutions based on project needs
• Define equipment and installations according to industry standards and specifications
• Create assembly and detail plans for APS, APD, and detailed studies
• Produce design plans, loop diagrams, and terminal diagrams
• Write technical specifications for instruments and works, I/O lists, and requisitions
• Develop synoptics and estimate impact of modifications on cost and schedule
• Verify study documents and ensure technical follow-up of works

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree (BTS CIRA or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering
• Knowledge of instrumentation technologies (physical/physico-chemical measurement, control valves)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D
• Rigorous, methodical, and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and MASE quality/safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D
