Instrument Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines, AGVs, and industrial robotic systems
• Install and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation systems within a factory environment
• Program and adjust barcode readers, AGVs, and robotic cells according to technical specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults using electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Install and maintain sensors, PLCs, frequency inverters, and soft-starters
• Perform tests and adjustments on safety barriers for robotic cells
• Conduct backups and reprogramming of robotic systems
• Perform component replacement, technical cleaning, and repairs on equipment
• Assemble and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintain and organize technical documentation and maintenance reports
• Adhere to all industrial safety standards and best practices

Requirements

• Experience with the maintenance of electromechanical systems
• Proficiency in programming AGVs and industrial robotics
• Ability to install electrical and mechanical systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Experience maintaining sensors, PLCs, and frequency inverters
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
