About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation, and analytical equipment.
  • Work on instrumentation calibration, pneumatic control valves, and process control loops.
  • Read and interpret electrical codes, manuals, procedures, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Document all repair activities and work orders within SAP CMMS.
  • Apply industrial safety requirements for the Instrument and Electrical crafts.
  • Mentor and coach entry-level employees or trainees on precision maintenance principles.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Sound knowledge of E&I and Process Controls.
  • Experience with temperature, pressure, and flow instrumentation.
  • Ability to program and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
  • Proficiency with computers, standard software, and SAP.
  • Ability to use basic E&I test equipment, Driver Explorer, RsLinx, and AMS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems such as Delta V and RS3.
  • Experience installing, rebuilding, and pressure testing control and stop valves.
