Instructor | Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led training for both new and experienced employees
• Design and develop eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications
• Perform needs analysis to provide strategic training recommendations
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to administer courses, register participants, and generate reports
• Establish a feedback loop between learning initiatives and leadership
• Counsel managers on employee professional development and career growth
• Evaluate training effectiveness and analyze ROI for the business
• Create and manage class schedules while maintaining an enthusiastic work environment

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in talent development and facilitation
• 1+ years of experience working within the cloud or technology sector
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or sales training
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level (CEFR)
• High School Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Understanding of full-cycle Learning & Development strategy and ROI assessment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience performing gap analysis and designing learning interventions
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration
• Proficiency with instructional design tools and platforms
