Instructor, Public Health and Wellness

Responsibilities

• Teach Public Health and Wellness courses within the College of Arts and Sciences
• Maintain a teaching load of four 3-credit hour courses (or equivalent) per semester
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to undergraduate students
• Participate in departmental, college, and university service
• Implement evidence-based instructional practices in a primarily undergraduate setting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health or a related field
• Demonstrated teaching or instructional experience
• Proven commitment to inclusive excellence and student-centered teaching
• Ability to work effectively with diverse students, faculty, and staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in public health or a related field
• Previous experience teaching undergraduate public health courses
