Responsibilities

• Design, script, film, and produce 8 to 12 complete courses in year one
• Serve as a primary on-camera voice of Profound University
• Architect the full course catalog and learning paths across introductory, practitioner, and advanced certification tracks
• Write certification rubrics with deliberate difficulty scaling
• Build curriculum rooted in Marketing Engineering as a discipline
• Own the full production workflow including scripting, filming, review, and iteration
• Collaborate with Data, Research, Marketing, and Product teams to translate evolving frameworks into curriculum
• Design assessments that test applied competency
• Continuously version and update courses as the discipline evolves

Requirements

• Experience building and delivering courses in an immersive, career-focused environment (bootcamp, professional certificate program, or cohort-based platform)
• Exceptional on-camera presence with the ability to teach complex material clearly
• Experience building curriculum in emerging fields without established textbooks
• Exceptional writing skills for translating dense technical concepts into practical instruction
• Systems thinking approach to designing progression paths and feedback loops
• Ability to ship multiple courses per year at high volume
• Deep curiosity about AI, search, and information discovery
• Strong focus on learner outcomes and applied competency
