Instructor of Psychology

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of psychology courses, such as General Psychology, Social Psychology, Research Psychology, and Descriptive Statistics
• Maintain a teaching load of twelve credit hours per semester
• Provide academic advising to students
• Conduct research and engage in publishing activities
• Hold regular office hours to support student success
• Participate in university committees, department meetings, and campus service
• Assist with curriculum development and grant writing
• Support program assessment and maintain accurate student records

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline from an accredited university
• Proven experience in undergraduate teaching
• Demonstrated experience in instructing psychology courses

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in the psychology industry
• Experience with research and grant writing
• Experience with technology-enhanced curriculum delivery
