Instructor of Practice - Finance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach one section of FINA 4123, Capstone in Financial Planning (3 credits) for the Fall 2026 semester.
• Develop a well-organized syllabus and teaching plan that clearly reflects course objectives and student expectations.
• Conduct engaging class sessions that effectively deliver content regarding retirement, estate, tax, and investment planning.
• Integrate real-world cases into the curriculum to help students apply advanced planning techniques.
• Administer meaningful assignments and grade student work with a focus on professional development and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Master's Degree preferred or substantial progress toward a terminal degree.
• Ability to teach comprehensive financial planning integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience in a relevant field at the university level.
• Professional training experience in financial planning or related industries.
