About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach one section of FINA 4123, Capstone in Financial Planning (3 credits) for the Fall 2026 semester.
- Develop a well-organized syllabus and teaching plan that clearly reflects course objectives and student expectations.
- Conduct engaging class sessions that effectively deliver content regarding retirement, estate, tax, and investment planning.
- Integrate real-world cases into the curriculum to help students apply advanced planning techniques.
- Administer meaningful assignments and grade student work with a focus on professional development and critical thinking.
Requirements
- Master's Degree preferred or substantial progress toward a terminal degree.
- Ability to teach comprehensive financial planning integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous teaching experience in a relevant field at the university level.
- Professional training experience in financial planning or related industries.
