Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of agricultural content courses, including agricultural mechanics, welding, environmental education, agriscience, and contests and coaching.
• Supervise student teachers and advise undergraduate students.
• Participate in the recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students.
• Serve on departmental, college, and university committees.
• Provide professional development training and support to Louisiana agriscience teachers.
• Manage other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• M.S. in Agricultural Education, Adult Education, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 years of professional experience.
