Instructor (Codex & Frontier Platforms)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging workshops and training sessions for corporate learners on OpenAI Codex, frontier models, and agentic workflows.
• Teach learners how to use Codex across practical workflows, including code generation, debugging, testing, and pull request reviews.
• Introduce learners to the OpenAI frontier model ecosystem, including reasoning models, multimodal capabilities, and tool use.
• Lead training sessions with confidence for mixed audiences, including software engineers, product managers, and senior business leaders.
• Adapt training examples, exercises, and case studies to suit specific client industries and technical maturity.
• Build and deliver live technical demonstrations showing how AI tools support real-world work like automation and data analysis.
• Guide learners through hands-on activities and troubleshoot common setup or workflow issues.
• Teach practical considerations around AI governance, including data privacy, security, and responsible enterprise deployment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, technical training, developer advocacy, or technology consulting.
• Proficiency in modern software development workflows, including Git/GitHub, IDEs, and command-line tools.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and agentic AI concepts.
• Working knowledge of at least one major programming language, such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to teach, coach, or facilitate adult learners in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching corporate learners or supporting enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience with OpenAI tools, AI agents, or enterprise AI transformation projects.
