Instructor Adjunct, College of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level nursing courses and seminars on a part-time basis
• Evaluate student coursework and provide academic guidance
• Serve as an academic advisor for students when necessary
• Engage in activities that support the academic mission of the College of Nursing
• Respond to University-related communications in a timely manner

Requirements

• BSN or higher from an approved registered nursing education program
• Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or clinical instruction
• Advanced specialized nursing certifications
