About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level nursing courses and seminars on a part-time basis
- Evaluate student coursework and provide academic guidance
- Serve as an academic advisor for students when necessary
- Engage in activities that support the academic mission of the College of Nursing
- Respond to University-related communications in a timely manner
Requirements
- BSN or higher from an approved registered nursing education program
- Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education or clinical instruction
- Advanced specialized nursing certifications
