Responsibilities

• Deliver activities and sessions safely and effectively in line with programme plans and SOPs
• Maintain strong group control and participant engagement by adapting to group needs and abilities
• Create a positive, supportive, and professional environment for participants, schools, and visiting staff
• Apply risk assessments and dynamic risk management principles during all activity delivery
• Respond appropriately to changing conditions, participant needs, and operational challenges
• Manage equipment and ensure activity areas and accommodation spaces are kept clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with instructors and management to support safe and effective programme delivery
• Make sound real-time decisions regarding participant management and immediate safety

Requirements

• Experience delivering outdoor education, adventure activities, or experiential learning programmes
• Experience working with schools, children, young people, or educational groups
• Proven ability to lead groups and maintain engagement in various environments
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with participants, teachers, and colleagues
• Good understanding of risk management, participant welfare, and safe activity delivery
• Relevant First Aid qualification
• Professional, reliable, and able to maintain high standards of behavior and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Full UAE driving licence
• Relevant technical outdoor qualifications (climbing, watersports, trekking, etc.)
• Experience delivering residential, multi-day, or expedition-style programmes
• Experience working in remote or wilderness environments
• Additional qualifications in outdoor leadership, safeguarding, or coaching
