About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide academic intervention through one-on-one or small-group instructional sessions to reinforce key concepts
- Collaborate with professors, parents, and administrators to design and implement personalized student success plans
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary
- Assume teaching responsibilities as a substitute instructor, following provided lesson plans to ensure learning continuity
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of interventions
- Promote the use of instructional support resources among students and faculty
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of instructional support experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and colleagues
