Instructional Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide academic intervention through one-on-one or small-group instructional sessions to reinforce key concepts
• Collaborate with professors, parents, and administrators to design and implement personalized student success plans
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary
• Assume teaching responsibilities as a substitute instructor, following provided lesson plans to ensure learning continuity
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of interventions
• Promote the use of instructional support resources among students and faculty

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of instructional support experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and colleagues
