Instructional Faculty - Business

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and instruct courses in digital and social media marketing, integrated marketing communications, and marketing research and analytics.
• Develop course syllabi that incorporate essential curricular components, experiential learning, and the use of AI.
• Maintain high levels of expertise in subject matter and integrate Christian faith and learning into instruction.
• Manage classroom instruction, including grading, student progress reporting, and maintaining accurate scholastic records.
• Provide academic advising to assigned students and hold regular office hours.
• Participate in curriculum review, program development, and student learning outcomes assessments.
• Engage in university service through committee work, faculty meetings, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• MBA or MFA in marketing or media studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Proficiency in social media platforms and AI technologies.
• Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences and respond to student inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in higher education.
• Experience teaching in both online and traditional classroom settings.
• Proven track record of professional work in integrated marketing and communications.
