Instructional Faculty - Business

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and instruct courses in digital and social media marketing, integrated marketing communications, and marketing research and analytics.
• Integrate Christian faith and learning into the curriculum and stimulate student enthusiasm for the subject matter.
• Incorporate the use of AI and promote experiential learning within the classroom.
• Maintain accurate scholastic records, including grading, mid-term progress reports, and learning outcomes assessments.
• Serve as an academic advisor to assigned students and hold regular office hours.
• Participate in program and curriculum review, departmental meetings, and university commencement ceremonies.
• Assist with student retention strategies and departmental enrollment goals.

Requirements

• MBA or MFA in marketing or media studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Proficiency in social media platforms and AI technologies.
• Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences and respond to student inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in higher education.
• Teaching experience in both online and traditional classroom settings.
• Proven track record of professional work in integrated marketing and communications.
