Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and courses using e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and multimedia formats.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy to create effective programs.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to define project requirements and select optimal course formats.
• Design and develop interactive content including presentations, videos, simulations, and quizzes.
• Implement the Kirkpatrick evaluation framework to measure the business value and impact of learning solutions.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Utilize authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and AI to accelerate development cycles.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of instructional design and e-learning development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and other educational technologies.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proven ability in project management and managing end-to-end development cycles.
• Strong analytical thinking skills to diagnose operational challenges and KSA gaps.
• Must be eligible to work in Hungary (no visa support provided).
