Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of online course content and digital learning modules for Executive Programs
• Advise instructors on strategies for developing and delivering curriculum
• Consult with instructors, administrators, and student groups to identify tailored programming needs
• Develop digital learning modules and online assessments using instructional software
• Create instructional design plans for teaching contexts involving educational technologies
• Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation to inform program planning activities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content adheres to branding guidelines

Requirements

• Master's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in online education program planning and instructional technology support
• Demonstrated expertise in educational pedagogy, including principles, delivery, and evaluation of online learning
• Proficiency with online educational tools, resources, and assessment methods
• Experience with video filming and editing
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and emerging trends in A/V and digital learning technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
