About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform instructional design for various educational courses
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop content and learning activities
- Define and manage work plans for instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery
- Identify and integrate global open educational resources to enhance learning experiences
- Participate in quality circles to drive innovation in educational products
- Monitor and resolve user-reported incidents during course implementation
- Maintain detailed records and control requirements for course updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Languages, or a related field
- Proven experience in instructional design
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
