Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for digital learning
• Convert source material into learner-friendly formats
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in the design and development of eLearning modules, job aids, and training materials
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to produce courses
• Conduct basic needs analysis and learning content research
• Perform course reviews and revisions based on stakeholder feedback
• Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and learning objectives
• Work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Instructional design
• Experience developing digital learning content
• Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate
• Strong storyboarding and content structuring skills
• Certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
