Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design initiatives from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation
• Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate learning needs into outcome-driven strategies
• Architect engaging, learner-centric digital and blended learning solutions
• Establish curriculum roadmaps aligned with role-based competencies
• Oversee storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other instructional designers
• Design ILT, VILT, and self-paced modules using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Drive quality assurance, usability testing, and continuous improvement of learning solutions

Requirements

• Expertise in digital learning technologies and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in leadership and team mentoring
• Strategic thinking with a focus on business alignment
• Ability to develop scripts, assessments, and interactive learning assets
